Stolen bike? Do this first

  1. 1. File a report with the police, online or at the station, and keep the reference number.
  2. 2. Log in and file your claim within 60 days of the incident.
  3. 3. Keep your lock and any damage photos. The claims handler may ask for them.

Before you write

Bikes worth over EUR 1,500 need an ART-2 or ART-3 lock. Bikes over EUR 5,000 need an ART-3 lock. Cheaper bikes can be insured with any lock.
Log in, open your policy and choose File a claim. For theft, add the reference of your police report. A claims handler takes your file, usually within a working day.
Yes. Within 14 days of buying you get everything back. Later you get the unused part of the premium you paid, minus a EUR 15 admin fee. You cannot cancel while a claim is open.
Yearly in one payment, or monthly in 12 instalments with a 4% fee. The first payment is made at checkout. This demo simulates payment: no real money moves.
